Residential Cleaning

This is our star service: Our comprehensive service covers 90% of your space: typically requiring 4-9 hours with a team of 2-5 professionals, all at a fixed, transparent rate.

Includes cleaning in:

Bedrooms, living room, dining room, laundry:

• Dusting surfaces, ceiling fans, and windows inside and windowsills

• Pulling and cleaning furniture, including behind and under if movable

• Tending to nightstands, mirrors, and making beds

• Cleaning under beds, frame doors, and doorknobs

• Addressing TV stands, light fixtures, and under couches and cushions

• Cleaning under carpets, laundry machines (inside/outside and tops), baseboards, light switches, sliding doors, chairs, and vacuuming/mopping floors and carpets

Kitchen:

• Cleaning countertops, stovetop, backsplash, burners, appliances outside, cabinets outside and pulls

• Thoroughly cleaning fridge and oven (interiors, exteriors, tops, behind, and under). Addressing the faucet, sink, and microwave (inside/outside)

Bathrooms:

• Cleaning toilets, tubs, showers, vanity/sink, air filter griller, faucets, mirrors, lights, baseboards, cabinets outside, and handwashing floors

Extras:

• Cleaning balcony (dusty, windows outside, sliding door track)

• Dishwasher inside, and ceiling tubes (provided step ladder up to 5 steps)

Please note: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled date will incur a 50% charge of the original price. If you wish to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date, allowing us time to accommodate other appointments.
